Government is a business, not a public service. Look it up on Dunn and Bradstreet (www.dandb.com) Having said that, since these businesses want to hide their for profit motives from the public, they also hide themselves.
Example: A search for ‘Town of Putney’ (where I live), yields hundreds of thousands of irrelevant results. However, search the Town's phone number, I get one result. Here's the summary: Since 1753 the company has been providing Government - City And Town Managers' Office.
Bigger towns hide themselves more, like Brattleboro, VT. The Town of Brattleboro is listed as verified on Dunn and Bradstreet as drattleboro inc, on1184 PUTNEY ROAD BRATTLEBORO, VT 05301. It says: Drattleboro Inc is incorporated in Vermont. Drattleboro Inc has estimated annual revenues of $0.00 and also employs an estimated 18 employees. This sounds right for a town of 10 k residents. However, that address actually hosts a Ninety Nine Restaurant Pub with 8 employees and an annual revenue of $171,151.00. A search of "Town of Brattleboro" yields 2,368,445 listings, virtually all with zero mention of a Brattleboro or Vermont.
My point is that yes, the Government is listed as a business and no, they do not want you to know this. Government is for-profit. Its service is control and management over people. Its revenue, while unlisted at Dunn and Bradstreet, is taxation, fees and fines. Its bureaucratic arms always strive to max their allowable budgets for fear of losing them. The laws politicians make are ignored or bent by bureaucratic departments, and politicians are helpless to address it. Fauci and the Constitution anyone? Bureaucrats hold life long positions unaccountable to the public. Politicians are transient.
How did this come to be? It came along when Corporations were granted personhood in the 1800's, a corruption indeed.What else has been deliberately hidden that we must educate each other about?
To deal successfully with our power position as We the People, we must know and see the corporate deception. When corporate personhood came into being, common law was overwritten with The Universal Commercial Code, this is the law of contracts rather than God's Law. Because contracts must have a meeting of minds, and what the Corporate powers wanted to do was to exert power over the people rather than with the people, they removed us from the equation and created a legal fiction to represent us that we do not know is there. It's also known as a straw man. In short, the Government and all else are doing business with a corporation they have named you, and you are signing off on all their insidious and improper contracts without knowing.
Look at your social security card, your drivers license, credit cards, checks, how does your name appear? Is it how they taught you in school? Ms Upper Case first letter only? No! No, indeed. It is ALL CAPS. That's not you, that is your straw man or legal fiction. Ms ALL CAPS is a corporation made in your name, one you have been fooled into believing IS YOU in the flesh and blood.
Yet, they (corporatist controllers) do need you in the flesh and blood. They need you to authorize contractual dealings. This is why on your personal checks the signature line is followed by a tiny "MP", this stands for micro print. With a strong enough magnifying glass you can look and see the signature line actually says "authorized signature authorized signature authorized signature". Your social security card has on its back a long number in red preceded by a letter. This is a letter of one of the Federal Reserve (Private and Corrupt) banks. Your flesh and blood self has been bonded for value, that number is the number of the bond. You will not see the benefits of that bond.
Yes, you may be realizing, to turn public service Government into a for profit enterprise is a treason, however, it has been going on for a long time, and its culprits are dead, its beneficiaries enjoying the deed. This is how, on a reasonably modest salary people in Government expand their net worth by millions. They use corrupt entities to launder money that they end up with, such as 40 Billion to Ukraine on the pretense of aid. This happens here in Vermont. Today, for example, the business that calls itself Government has stolen all the land, and pretends it has not. We are all tenants on land, look at your deed! It says you have the right of tenancy. Property tax is by another name, rent. Since it will never be paid in full, and your property can be seized for lack of obedient remission of money to the government corporation, we ought to see it clearly for what it is.
This is a briar patch of rabbit holes. My point is that our Governments have become corporations, we are each engaging as corporations ourselves whether we like it or not, and there IS a way forward out of this massive mess of deception, without stopping to examine or comprehend every offense. There is no time for anything but massive exit from this horror show of crime. We need relief and sanity, soon.
To step into our power as we the people, we'll need to use the power of contracting to our advantage and protection. Our constitution is a contract between the people and their public servants, only we have not been privy to the fact that our public servants are not standing as public servants, but rather employees of businesses posing as a Government.
So what do we do? The first step is to create a private agreement amongst We The People, a private contract wherein we step into our freedom. The second step is within the private contractual space we have established, we redesign our methods of self governance, and our methods of justice and our methods of education, and exchange.
This is how we fulfill our contractual rights as designated in the Vermont Constitution Article 7. [Government for the people; they may change it] That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community, and not for the particular emolument or advantage of any single person, family, or set of persons, who are a part only of that community; and that the community hath an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right, to reform or alter government, in such manner as shall be, by that community, judged most conducive to the public weal.
We the People have to leave this corporatization of government briar patch as soon as possible, and with a mighty shield against the thorns. We need information about the presence of holes to get out into the open. Once there, we will building our lives in a manner that reflects our good and moral natures, our desire to help and heal one another and to heal nature. Capitalism is not the problem, corporatism is. If we do capitalism minus corporatism we will begin healing the violence this corporate government business has wrought against us.
