The reality is we couldn’t abolish or reform our government from within, because of The Constitution’s built-in establishment of admiralty jurisdiction. The Constitution states that the courts are operating by the law of the seas, which does not have to recognize the law of the land, the Constitution being the highest law of the land.

Here is clause 2 of Section 3, emphasis mine:
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction; to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States; between a State and Citizens of another State, between Citizens of different States,—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
While it does say Laws of the United States, citizens claiming lands, nowhere mentioned in this entire section is the law of the land, Common, Natural or God’s law. Is America in an ocean environment or on a land environment?
So, in some very hidden ways, the Constitution, defies its very principled positions.
It’s greatest brilliance is in the expression of the Bill of Rights, which I will hold was inspired by the Iroquois Nation, insofar as our rights emanate from a God Source, and no other man, or authority holds sway over that authority.
However, it is absolutely so, that the privilege of the learned men that established the Constitution, was perpetuated and formed upon the law of the seas, the admiralty/maritime laws, not God’s Law, upon which the Bill of rights is founded.
Of course the seemingly obvious hypocrisy words to the effect that all men are created equal and born with inalienable rights, including the right to bear arm, pursue happiness and all the rest, meanwhile enslaving clearly male and female humans, and babes born into slavery. And if you think what they did to blacks was bad, remember blacks were the valued slaves, check out what they did to the Irish. Even today, women are an economic subclass, indentured by their male counterparts’ control of a system that establishes privilege for the few.
And if you think enslavement is illegal enough to end it, it has increased. However, enslavement by stupidity is one measure of capture we can quickly undo.
So of course the courts are in the practice of dual pretense, that they honor the bill of rights, and (theoretically) the rights of the people, who reside on land. Yet, meanwhile their practice is the law that manages the seas, where America is not.
Informed consent is a legal concept that primarily applies to medical practice 1, however, I shall apply it to the practice of juristiction.
This is not a coup against our Government, since our government has always been set itself up to provide cover for a coup against the Source derived rights of the American People.
We are witnessing a coup by our Government to fulfill enslavement and eradication of the People despite the bill of Rights on behalf of the Perverted. We are the People, they are the Perverted. We the People, They the Perverts.2 Of course good hearted people with right intentions are working for government, however, if higher up the very hierarchy they must obey, which is the banking power, then they are only in position to support Government as the middle man representing the banking power, whose right and left arms are the department of defense and health and the IRS, taxation, regulation and licensure, respectively.
Originally government was to retain the power to coin and regulate the money supply, it passed that power away in the first stage of the coup against the people, in 1913. Insofar as the Constitution enables its own disrespect, dishonor of the rights it instructs are of the people, we need to rebuild with the parts of that contract that are pure. We shall rebuild with the capacity we hold today, that we did not then colonial times, we shall rebuild our nation for the Love of our nation.
We, the People are at a time that we will take the remains of that broken ship and carry on, whomever amongst us we can save, and whoever will live, guided and adorned by our connectivity to Spirit residing in Source speaking to our intuition.
If we take up arms, although we have the authority to protect ourselves, and I am a gun owner myself, the horrible wealth of morbid excess in the hands of our ‘defense department, 3 letter agencies, alone makes frontal use of arms to remove them impossible. It’s also violent, and we would lose through use of violence. We would lose because their3 power is FEAR, they have made us fearful of their own ruthless capacity to violate all that is dear and beautifully created by God, so for us to make them fear us, is to play against the same God we wish to embody.
Our power is LOVE. Our power is creative. Adaptable, Magical, Miraculous. Their’s is destructive, perverse and numbing.
In what ways to we express our love for one another most commonly? We shop from each other. Yes. We buy from one another, in in this way honor each others’ productivity and services. We love to buy products and services that arise from different cultures; Indian food tonight or Chinese? Mexican or Thai? Buy a book written by someone in a mother country, someone here who was raised differently? Take a course offered by someone of another background? Get healing services by an eastern medicine practitioner? Travel to foreign lands? The Marketspace is where we honor each other and revel in our variety of offerings. Let us keep that. Let us retain the differences of culture, because they give us joy.
This does not mean we need to destroy each other.

So, my position is that the Bill of Rights is the purest form of our highest law of the land, and because the government has acted to end our lives, to provoke chaos, indenture, enslavement, harm, and oppression, we the people need to find the way to bring ourselves forward in a union that does not practice duplicity from the start, as you can see elements of our Constitution instigates by leaving aside instructions for the courts to honor common law in all courts wherein the people seek justice.
If our courts were operating with God’s Law, there would be a very different experience of justice, and the present injustice of our judicial system for profit prisons, would not be. More on this topic another time.
This political game of elections with its the gladiator style of left-right oppositionalism, stupidity of mail in ballots and the abuse inherent in raising money from subsets of Americans to offer ‘leadership’ of the whole, is just camoflouge, a cover, in my mind for the whole of government to continue to step on the Fundamental Inalienable rights of We, the People.
Now, here’s the rub, the Constitution does not guarantee to fix stupid, although through and by its allowance of contractual law (admiralty), rather than common law (golden rule), and lack of instructions seating the two in known and openly stated partitions of courts, it trespasses on the people through lack of informed consent.
All contracts are based on a meeting of the minds, without a “meeting of the minds’ contracts are invalid, in fact fraudulent. For the people using the courts not knowing that their Constitutional rights do not apply wherever the maritime/admiralty is practiced, denotes an absence of meeting of the minds. Additionally, it violates, I would argue, informed consent.
Everywhere the “American” flag is raised we are seeing the military flag of war (presumably that we are at war with entities overseas and lands), it is not the established flag of the People. The Civilian flag that used to fly over courts and post offices liked like this up until WW2 is the flag of the People. See below. I am going to leave WW2 aside for we did not win.
Here is the truth, wars are not for winning. Lawsuits are not for winning. There is no winning unless all win. THERE IS NO WINNING UNLESS EVERYONE WINS.
Let’s also recall; The American People made a coup on the Native peoples.
Now We the People have something unifying. We have each other and a planet to save, and the indigenous were ingenious in absolutely practical and important ways.
Our winning is the honor of peace, and the revelation of the gifts of Nature, as they apply to our capacity to exchange or SHOP! with one another. There is a lot worth protecting.
